Career Coach – SPCC, RCC, CBC™

Christy is a Senior Professional Career Coach and a Certified Business Coach (CBC™) working towards her master’s designation with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaching (WABC™).

Her primary work is career coaching, working with jobseekers to help them build the skills and resilience to find work they love. Her customized program guides jobseekers through a process that illuminates opportunities that may have been missed previously and develop client’s skills to move through a variety of career transition scenarios.

In addition to coaching job seekers, Christy coaches business leaders wanting to brush up their skills or learn to coach, across the country and internationally. Her work is to help “one coach at a time” develop as great coaches. Using a unique combination of group learning and one-on-one support, she helps new and experienced managers hone their coaching skills to be more effective leaders and team-builders.

Prior to founding her consulting practice, Christy was a top recruiter in the retail industry for more than 15 years. In this role, she helped organizations align talent with strategic corporate objectives. She also provided guidance to candidates regarding resume building, interviewing, and coaching for advancement.

Christy is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville and holds a Master’s degree in Human Development from Webster University. In addition, she is a member of IACC International Association of Career Coaches, IKAGG (local networking group) and volunteers on the Board of Education for Lindbergh School District and Step UP of St. Louis.
